^{Ashley was born and raised (the majority of her life) in San Diego, California. Being raised in a military family, she became an expert at relocation- having been raised in San Diego, Bremerton, and Salt Lake City.}

^{She attended Utah Valley University for Marketing and Business. Ashley has a well-rounded and extensive background in real estate and property management. She worked as a property manager and property accountant for many years on properties ranging from Section 8 to celebrity homes. Ashley switched gears and started working for a property investor helping to find the best properties for the best price, negotiating with realtors (before she was a realtor herself) and helping this property investor with the purchase and selling of dozens of investment properties all over the state of Utah.}

^{After that experience, Ashley fell in love with real estate and real estate investing! After relocating back to Western Washington, she decided to get her RE license and launch her own real estate career.}
