Ashley was raised in a military family where became an expert at relocation- having been raised in San Diego, Bremerton, and Salt Lake City.

She attended Utah Valley University for Marketing and Business. Ashley has a well-rounded and extensive background in real estate and property management. She worked as a property manager and property accountant for many years on properties ranging from Section 8 to celebrity homes in San Diego, CA. Ashley started working for a property investor in Salt Lake City, UT helping to find the best properties for the best price, negotiating with realtors (before she was a realtor herself) and helping this property investor with the purchase and selling of dozens of investment properties all over the state of Utah.

After that experience, Ashley fell in love with real estate and the art of negotiating and decided to get her RE license and launch her own real estate career.

When Ashley is not working, she enjoys cooking, working on her homestead and anything that gets her outdoors. Ashley is a sucker for farmers markets, Italian and French wine, craft kombucha and any restaurant with an awesome patio seating area.
